We ship orders Monday-Friday before 11am and will send you a confirmation email once your package has shipped.
You can use the tracking information provided within your shipping confirmation email to track your order. If your order states delivered but it has not arrived, please see the information in our other article.
Please note the shipping service you selected at checkout will depend on the time it takes for your package to arrive. First Class Shipping takes longer than Priority Mail Shipping and once packages have left our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes to reach you. If you would like a more accurate time frame for delivery, you should contact USPS with your tracking number as they have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package.
If your delivery has been delayed by 14 days or more please get in touch with us by submitting a request and we will take care of you accordingly.
