We ship orders Monday-Friday before 11am and are closed during public holidays. All orders placed after 11am PST will be shipped the following business day. If you place an order after 11am PST on Friday this will be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information via email so please use this to track your order. You can also log into your account to find your tracking information.
We offer an affordable shipping insurance which we highly suggest during these unprecedented times. This covers all lost or stolen parcels and is available at checkout. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if shipping insurance is not selected. It is your responsibility to ensure you type the correct address into your shopping cart.
Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. It is very common for a package to be tracked as delivered before it has arrived, therefore we suggest waiting 2-3 days before contacting the Post Office.
Express Shipping is a shipping option and the parcel will be shipped the same day if order is placed before 11am, or the following day if placed after 11am. It will be delivered between 1 & 2 business days.
You can request a refund of your shipping from the Post Office directly if you have purchased Express Shipping and it has arrived late.
